1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using Auto Update Level 2 ("the Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Auto Update Level 2 (AUL2) is a Windows desktop application developed and operated by AUL2 LLC. The Software uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to detect ticker symbols displayed on your screen and forward them to a Level 2 quote window by simulating mouse clicks and keyboard input.

The Software is provided as a productivity tool for active traders and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.

3. Automated Mouse and Keyboard Control

The Software operates by controlling your mouse cursor and simulating keyboard input on your computer. By using the Software, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• The Software will move your mouse cursor and simulate clicks as part of its normal operation.
• These automated actions may interact with any application open on your screen, including your trading platform.
• Unintended clicks, hotkey triggers, order entries, or other automated actions may occur.
• AUL2 LLC is not responsible for any actions taken by the Software on your computer, including any trades placed, orders submitted, or platform interactions that result from the Software's operation.
• You are solely responsible for monitoring the Software's behavior and for any consequences of its automated actions.

4. No Financial Advice

The Software does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind. Nothing generated, displayed, or forwarded by the Software constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All trading decisions are made solely at your discretion and are your sole responsibility.

5. OCR Accuracy Disclaimer

The Software relies on OCR technology, which is inherently imperfect. Ticker symbols may be misread, omitted, or incorrectly forwarded due to font rendering, screen resolution, contrast, application layout, or other factors outside AUL2 LLC's control. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all ticker symbols before acting on them in any way.

6. Subscription and Billing

• The Software is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $19.99/month.
• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription option within the app or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which access to the Software will be discontinued.
• All fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods.
• AUL2 LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Permitted Use and License

AUL2 LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own personal devices for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute your account credentials or access to the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any subscription verification or access control mechanisms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUL2 LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses, missed trades, or adverse financial outcomes of any kind
• Unintended mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, hotkey activations, or order submissions caused by the Software
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies produced by OCR technology
• Software malfunction, interruption, or unavailability
• Any actions taken in reliance on ticker symbols or data produced by the Software

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

9. Service Availability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AUL2 LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the Software, you agree that AUL2 LLC may collect basic usage data including login timestamps, session activity, and feature usage events (such as monitoring start and stop events). This data is used solely to support software improvement and beta testing efforts.

The Software does not collect, transmit, or store ticker symbols, trading data, or financial information. Your email address is stored securely and used solely for authentication and subscription management purposes. AUL2 LLC will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the subscription billing service (Stripe).

11. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and related materials, is the exclusive property of AUL2 LLC and is protected by United States copyright law and applicable international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the Software or any portion thereof is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

AUL2 LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Software following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.
